"Working with Jenny as part of my interdisciplinary team at Birmingham City FC and performing the role of supervisor to some of my staff has proved a real game changer in supporting both the athlete and staff members. Her support, knowledge and expertise had a profound and lasting impact."

" Working with Jenny has genuinely changed my life. She helped me to see things from a completely different perspective and to begin to heal. I first met Jenny during a really difficult time, when I felt very sad and hopeless about the future. Our conversations gave me a safe, non-judgemental space to understand and accept my emotions — and I started to have a completely new, more compassionate relationship with myself. Now, I'm so much happier and more able to hold myself together when things get hard."
